Job summary

Camping World in Missouri is seeking a customer-focused associate to determine RV product needs, suggest add-ons, and provide installation price estimates before scheduling. You will keep customers informed about progress and ensure adherence to department procedures while supporting a busy service environment.

Ideal candidates have RV/camping lifestyle familiarity, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to work with computers and internet research. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices; prolonged standing and bending.

Job description

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
