Job summary

• Experience in automotive customer service or frontline sales.
• Ability to prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers through repair process from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurers per manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with customers about repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damage aspects.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
