Job summary

Camping World in Draper, UT is seeking a Service Advisor to initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department. You will keep customers apprised of work progress and assist with price estimates for installations.

The role requires at least one year of service experience, strong organization and follow-up skills, and the ability to work on a computer. A valid driver's license is preferred, and lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and online searches.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
