We need an outstanding communicator with astrong work ethic—someone who is just as comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians.

Successful candidates will have excellent follow-through skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attitude is everything—greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
  • Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to technicians.
  • Upsell recommended/additional services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
  • Follow dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation.
  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
  • Sell and manage extended warranties.
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is completed.
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
  • Review and explain repairs and costs with customers.
  • Handlecustomer concerns and complaints.
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of all issues or potential problems.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores per dealership standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to inspect RV units.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment when needed.
  • Ability to climb stairs or ladders to access RV rooftops.
  • Clear and effective verbal communication with customers and technicians.
Education & Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred but not required.
Compensation
  • Salary + Commission
  • Our best earn over $100,000 annually
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays

About Our Dealership
Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company. We start by finding great people with high energy and then find the best place for them to be successful in our dealerships.
