Job summary

Autobahn Imports LP in Arlington, TX seeks a Service Advisor to assist clients and team members, ensuring satisfaction with our services. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives, delegating tasks, and contribute as a humbly confident team player eager to help teammates grow.

You will guide clients through inspections, repair options, insurance/warranty discussions, and scheduling while collaborating with technicians to meet OEM recommendations and deliver an exceptional ownership

Qualifications

• Engineering or mechanical experience is required.
• Automotive industry experience and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance is expected.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and performing vehicle inspections and repair order recommendations.
• Consulting technicians about needed repairs and presenting clients with repair options to maintain the vehicle per OEM recommendations.
• Answering client questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
• Presenting clients with insurance and warranty options for better coverage and potential savings.
• Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
• Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
