Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted link between our customers and technicians—delivering a premium, personalized experience every time. Your role is key in helping our guests maintain the unmatched performance and luxury of their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

• Greet customers and consult with them about their vehicle needs and concerns

• Confirm warranty and service contract coverage

• Prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates for materials, supplies, and labor

• Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs

• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle, including completion times and any changes

• Manage customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Promote ongoing service offers and Mercedes-Benz maintenance benefits

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)

• Background as an automotive technician is a plus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Team-focused attitude with a passion for excellence

• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
