Responsibilities

• Check condition of vehicle at arrival.
• Enter repair details, time estimates, and warranty information in the system.
• Prepare and file factory warranty paperwork and claims.
• Write retail work orders following guidelines.
• Track status of vehicles and communicate with customers and sales staff.
• Coordinate with service, parts, warranty, and accounting as needed.
