Job summary

Hach, part of the Veralto family, invites you to join our Loveland, CO team as a Service Admin Coordinator I. You will support the Service and Sales groups with bench and field service inquiries, quotes, and Work Orders, while updating customer data in ServiceMax and Oracle.

The role blends daily customer contact with back‑office processes to keep operations smooth. You will be part of a versatile team in a hybrid role, delivering accurate information, timely responses, and proactive support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months in customer service role.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle field and bench service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Generate quotes for field and bench service requests.
• Create Work Orders in ServiceMax for US-based customers.
• Update customer accounts and instrument installed base in ServiceMax and Oracle.
• Manage customer billing inquiries and Work Order updates.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.

Reporting to the Manager NA Service Admin, the Service Admin Coordinator I provides support for the Hach Service and Sales organization. The Coordinator I is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing administrative inquiries from all Hach departments and external customers related to bench service requests.

This position is part of the Customer Resolution Team located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Handle requests for field and bench service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively generate quotes for field and bench service requests.
• Generate Work Orders in ServiceMax for US-based customers.
• Create, update, and edit customer account information and instrument installed base information in ServiceMax and Oracle.
• Responsible for customer account updates, customer billing inquiries, and Work Order updates.
• Effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
• Process service orders for bench repair, loaners, and rentals
• Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a daily changing, fast-paced work environment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
• 6+ months in Customer Service experience role
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus!

An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
