Demos’ Restaurant is seeking friendly servers to join our team. We will train you to deliver award-winning service and help you maximize earnings through increased tips.

No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), health insurance, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth within a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, comprehensive training provided.
• Becoming proficient with menu items to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers by going beyond taking orders.
• Demonstrate a coachable attitude and professional demeanor.
• Know the menu to confidently answer questions.
• Work with a team in a buddy system.
• Refill drinks and run food for others when needed.
