Demos is hiring hosts to join our award-winning service team in Murfreesboro, TN. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in guest interactions and seating, while maximizing earning potential through a tip pool.

No experience is required, with flexible full-time and part-time schedules. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, free meals on limited basis, and opportunities for advancement as managers are promoted from staff positions.

Demos' is now hiring hosts to be part of our family. We will train you to be part of our award winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just seating customers
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Helps bus tables to increase tip pool.
• Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
