Job summary
Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager for APM Serverless to drive end-to-end serverless instrumentation, from auto-instrumentation to troubleshooting, across AWS, Azure and GCP.
You will lead a polyglot team of 8–9 engineers and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver industry-leading serverless capabilities and open telemetry support.

Qualifications
- Shipping products as an engineering manager with a proven track record.
- Experience leading a polyglot team of engineers across languages.
- Proficient in two or more languages and cross-runtime systems.
- Passion for libraries and OSS software development.
- Focus on developer experience and reliable APIs.
- Ability to connect high-level product narratives with technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a polyglot team of 8-9 engineers delivering serverless instrumentation across languages.
- Drive a domain that spans Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP, and OTel billing; work across clouds and deployment models.
- Partner with Product to shape strategy and execution for AWS, Azure, and GCP services.
