Bainbridge Senior Living on Bainbridge Island, WA is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality professional to welcome residents, families and guests, manage check-ins, greet visitors, answer calls, and provide accurate information with discretion.

This full-time daytime role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, basic computer skills, strong communication, reliability and a professional, warm demeanor to support a caring senior living community.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to residents, families and guests.
• Serve as the primary hospitality presence in the lobby.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.
• Assist residents and guests with general questions and information.
• Help residents connect with appropriate team members for assistance.
• Monitor lobby activities and respond proactively to needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.

About the Role:

The Front Desk Hospitality role within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry serves as the vital first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position is responsible for managing patient check-ins, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with medical personnel and administrative teams, facilitating smooth daily operations. By handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly, the Front Desk Hospitality professional contributes significantly to patient satisfaction and the overall reputation of the healthcare facility. Ultimately, this position supports the delivery of high-quality care by fostering a positive and organized environment at the front desk.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization presentation at the front desk and lobby.
