Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Desire to work as part of a team and create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Make all guests feel comfortable and taken care of.
• Know regular guests by name and remember preferences.
• Make recommendations guests will enjoy.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Keep dining spaces clean and presentable.
• Communicate regularly with tables and anticipate needs.
• Go above and beyond guests' expectations and respond promptly to requests.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.
