Job summary

Chili's in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking friendly Servers who deliver hospitality and great service. If you take pride in making guests feel special, we want to hear from you. You will learn our menu, provide customized service, perform opening and closing duties, and work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required; prior hospitality experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
