Job summary

Chili's in Austin, TX is seeking a Server who loves delivering hospitality and a great dining experience. You will learn our menu, greet Guests, and provide customized service while coordinating with Team Members.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, opening and closing duties, and maintaining a safe, welcoming dining room. Prior experience is a plus, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Delivers a customized experience for every Guest.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
