Job summary

Senior Care Solutions Group is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist (ST) to provide per diem home health services in Florida. The PRN role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one therapy to patients in their homes.

You will document progress, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and ensure compliance with clinical and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida ST license.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience; home health experience preferred.
• Experience with WellSky EMR or similar home health documentation system preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance (for field visits).
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting.
