Job summary

A popular brunch cafe in the Town of Florida is seeking dedicated servers to provide friendly and responsive service that creates an exceptional dining experience. Candidates must have a positive attitude, basic math skills, and be able to handle food trays weighing up to 25 lbs. The position offers flexibility to work days only, medical and dental benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and pay increases.

Qualifications

• Firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Can communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20–25 lbs.

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!
