Job Summary

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary goal is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

What Does It Take to Be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
• Basic math skills to responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20-25 lbs
