Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a Server. No experience required; on-the-job training – you’ll be paid while you learn the dining service role in a community setting.

You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and ensure residents receive the best possible service, while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere and well‑maintained dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
