Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking motivated servers to welcome residents, take dining orders, and ensure patient and friendly service in a supportive community setting.

You’ll assist with meal prep, delivery and events while maintaining a clean dining environment and strong teamwork with staff and residents. No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, and benefits are included for eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Foster teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
