Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a server to join our dining team. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and deliver excellent resident service in a supportive environment.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided and paid. This role offers opportunities for growth and a commitment to a balanced work-life experience within our communities.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room areas and equipment.
