Base pay range

$11.00/hr - $11.00/hr

Responsibilities include:

• Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Observing all rules for order taking and maintaining thorough knowledge of correct table service.
• Displaying salesmanship and hospitality.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products and prices.
• Maintaining excellent grooming and personal conduct.
• Fulfilling side work and preparatory duties.
• Ensuring customers have a great experience.
• Making recommendations on menu items.
• Delivering food and drinks to customers.
• Maintaining a positive attitude with customers.
• Handling customer complaints effectively.
• Considering customer allergies.
• Accepting customer payments.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• Ability to comply with food safety procedures (Food Handlers Certificate is a plus).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve customer complaints and pay close attention to detail.

• Start Rate: $11.00, Mid: $12.65, Max: $14.65
