Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring Servers at The Residence at Watertown Square. The role supports a restaurant-style dining experience for residents, collaborating with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to ensure satisfaction with meals and dining programs.

The position offers full-time and part-time schedules with benefits from day one, including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, and holiday pay. Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Provide high level of customer service.
• Set tables according to LCB standards.
• Serve beverages and take meal orders.
• Assist with dining events and promotions.
• Communicate resident preferences to dining staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with Culinary Services Director/Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance to LCB standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
• Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
