Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC invites applications for part-time server positions at The Residence at Riverbend. Weekend availability is required.

Wage band is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with full-time benefits available for eligible associates. The role supports a restaurant-style dining atmosphere, working with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high level customer service in a dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused dining service in a restaurant-style setting.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to meet residents’ dining needs.
• Set tables per LCB standards and maintain a clean dining area.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Ensure food safety practices and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist with menu briefings, resident seating, and dining options.
