Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring servers for The Residence at Stafford. Full-time and part-time positions offer wage band $16.50–$18.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits start from day one including health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to LCB standards and serve beverages.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with menu review and dining enhancements.
• Support dining and kitchen staff and participate in events and banquets.
