Job summary

LCB Senior Living at The Residence at Quarry Hill is seeking Part-Time Servers to provide restaurant-style dining for residents. Join a caring team with a flexible schedule and a chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.

Responsibilities include setting tables, taking and delivering orders, serving meals and beverages, and supporting dining events. Training is provided, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to LCB standards and serve meals.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders and manage beverages.
• Assist with dining enhancements and special events.
• Assist with menu planning input and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up with dining/kitchen staff.
• Communicate resident preferences to food service leadership.

Apply today for immediate consideration!**Part Time**Wage band: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on years of experience!What We Offer:Part-Time Associates (24- 29 hours):Paid Time OffHoliday PayWork with an Amazing Team!Possibility for tuition reimbursementRewarding role working with seniorsEssential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.Set tables in accordance to LCB standards.Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.Review daily menu with residents.Takes and delivers accurate meal orders to residents and guests.Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.When applicable acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.Communicate resident likes and dislikes to food service director and/or dining room manager for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction.Create a strong sense of team work and cooperation among all staff.Attend pre-meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staff.LCBs Non-Discrimination Policy:LCB, including its managed care communities, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
