Job summary

LCB Senior Living's Residence at Charles Meadow is hiring Part-Time Servers. Immediate consideration with wage band of $17.25 to $18.50 per hour, based on years of experience.

You will provide exceptional dining service to residents, set tables to standard, take and deliver meal orders, assist with events, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Requires English communication, good organization, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Equal Opportunity Employer.

• Must be willing to work part-time hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables in accordance to LCB standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Clear used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
• Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork among all staff.
• Attend pre-meal stand up held for all dining and kitchen staff.
• Communicate resident likes and dislikes to food service director and/or dining room manager for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction.
