LCB Senior Living, LLC, The Residence at Glastonbury, is seeking servers to join our caring dining team. This is a full-time, part-time, or as-needed role with a wage band of $17.50–$20.00 per hour based on years of experience, offering health, vision, dental, 401k and paid time off from day one.

You will set tables, take and deliver meal orders, assist with dining enhancements and events, and help keep the dining room clean and welcoming for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• The ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
• Strong organization and time management skills
• The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is essential.
• Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service
• Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities
• Education: Less than High School education
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry items and stand for extended periods.
