White Lodging is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member for our Kimpton Santo property in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver high-quality service, greet guests, suggest menu items, and support smooth operations during busy shifts.

We value teamwork, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude. This role offers scheduling flexibility via our app, weekend and holiday availability, and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-focused company.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests with friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
