P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout, or Takeout/To Go Specialist. You will ensure guests are served courteously and promptly, handling orders from entry to pickup.

You’ll guide guests on menu items, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality while maintaining sanitation standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take-out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guest’s orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items and guide guests on selections.

Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist.

Job Summary: As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests' needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Your duties will include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. You'll guide guests through the menu, answer their questions, and provide outstanding hospitality, all while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
