What You’ll Do As a Server Support at Batbox

• Keep things moving -- deliver food and drinks quickly, resetting tables, and prepping the space for the next round of guests or players
• Support your teammates by restocking server stations, bus stands, and keeping shared areas clean
• Anticipate guest needs -- clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and lending a hand wherever needed
• Follow tray and garnish procedures to make sure orders are delivered right and looking great
• Jump in on event setups and help with open/close duties

What to Expect

This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

• Server Supports are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.
• Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
• Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift
• Read and write handwritten notes
