The Bartolotta Restaurants in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to support our dining operations. You will help servers, assist guests, and keep the team organized and stocked in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with ware washing and cleaning chemicals.
• Must perform cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Able to work at a rapid pace for extended periods.
• Adhere to sanitation policies and food handling guidelines.
• Friendly, can-do attitude and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Set tables with clean linens and silverware.
• Remove used items and reset tables as guests finish.
• Assist guests with condiments, napkins, and extra utensils.
• Clear trash and debris from dining area and floor.
• Clean side stations, floors, furniture and restrooms.
• Ensure chairs/booths are crumb-free and wipe down.
• Sweep under tables and surrounding areas as needed.
• Maintain a sanitary, clean work environment at all times.
• Assist dishwasher with sorting and organization of dishware.
• Follow sanitary and safe food handling practices.
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning projects as assigned.
• Support team and management as needed.
