• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and maneuver plates, glassware, and ice buckets weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Treat all guests as valued.
2. Execute all directives from management throughout shift.
3. Own the requirement of a clean and efficient dining area, including: bringing food to tables, cleaning tables, assisting servers with guest inquiries, and taking/preparing drink orders.
4. Create a warm and welcoming gathering environment that is clean and comfortable for our guests, including: clean waiting areas, restrooms, expo stations, floors, and exterior/patio areas.
5. Be a cultural champion capable of building morale and teamwork, willing to do all tasks as directed by the manager on duty.
6. Drive standards and ensure each shift is efficient and focused on creating the ultimate guest experience.
7. Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dishroom and organize for washing.
8. Between seatings, clean table tops, chairs, and booths. Check and clean floors as needed. Reset and arrange tabletop. Communicate with team members to seat new guests quickly and efficiently.
9. Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers as needed.
10. Coordinate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating and service.
11. Deliver food during the shift as needed.
12. Keep beverages stocked during and after service.
13. Thank guests as they leave.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and maneuver plates, glassware, and ice buckets weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume environment.

• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clear communication with management and team members.
• Flexible schedule to cover all meal periods.
• Ability to process information quickly.
