The role requires attention to detail and comfort with high-value hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include system assembly, configuration, inventory traceability, quality checks, and preparing units for testing and production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in computer assembly or related technical environment.
• Experience with computer hardware and electronic components.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, BOMs, and manufacturing docs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure server and storage systems per BOMs and docs.
• Install SSDs, NICs, expansion cards and other components.
• Verify part numbers and configurations for build accuracy.
• Apply labels, serial numbers, and asset tags.
• Maintain serialized inventory and traceability.
• Inspect components for defects before installation.
• Ensure systems meet quality standards before release to testing.
• Maintain organized work area and support production objectives.
