Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Greets customers and takes food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner according to venue standards.
  • Monitors guests' needs continuously, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled. Handles and resolves any concerns or questions customers may have.
  • Performs cash handling tasks as required, following cash handling procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness of guest and work areas, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves, and storage areas as assigned.
  • Performs all side work and stocks supplies in accordance with venue standards.
  • Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous cash handling and Micros register experience required.
  • Previous bartending experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to initiate and engage in professional and friendly conversations.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training in the beverage field.
  • Knowledge of current property events, promotions, and attractions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Ability to work well with co-workers and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to uniform requirements is mandatory.
Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
  • Ability to work in excessive heat for extended periods.
  • Capability to work indoors and maneuver throughout the assigned station during entire shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, pull, and carry stock to refrigerators and cabinets.
  • Use hand motions for cleaning and wiping counters.
  • Manual dexterity to complete required side work.
  • Ability to listen and respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Tolerance for areas with second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
