Brooklyn Pickle Sandwich Shops in Charlotte, NC is hiring part-time Sandwich Makers. Join a friendly team focused on fast, fresh, made-to-order meals and desserts. You will work with Managers and Trainers to deliver on our team mission and provide excellent guest service.

Requirements include restaurant or customer service experience, dependable transportation, and the ability to answer screening questions. ServSafe Manager certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager and Trainers to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide friendly guest service with accurate order taking and fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations complying with health and safety standards.
• Perform opening procedures and ensure fully stocked stations.
• Assist with closing procedures and restocking.
• Answer menu questions accurately and address customer concerns gracefully.
• Light food prep and other operational support as needed.

NOW HIRING for Brooklyn Pickle Sandwich Shop (est. 1975), one of Central New York's iconic sandwich shops now growing in North Carolina, including our Charlotte location. We're a favorite destination for fresh, craveable, quick made-to-order meals and desserts.

We are looking for friendly teammates who love freshly prepared food and serving guests! Our Sandwich Makers will work closely with our Manager and Trainers to deliver on our team mission:

We will serve our customers the freshest product in the most pleasant manner, in the least amount of time.

has restaurant experience, serving or expediting online orders with accuracy

Schedule:

Operational hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM (closed on weekends). We are currently seeking PART TIME candidates that have open weekday availability between 10 AM to close (approximately 4:45 PM). We offer flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours or more to start (depending on experience) with cross-training to potentially grow into full-time positions.

Pay:

$13-$16/hour, based on experience (plus tips and bonuses)

What you'll do:

As an excellent Sandwich Maker, you will work with the Manager and Trainers to help support smooth, daily operations to meet company standards for:

Customer service - timely greeting, service speed & order accuracy

Timeliness - pace during AND after rush

Cleanliness - maintain clean, organized, well-stocked service stations that comply with health department and food safety standards

AM opening procedures - fully stocked and ready on time

PM closing procedures - restocking and cleanliness

Answering menu questions accurately and addressing customer concerns with grace

Light food prep and other operational support as needed
