Brooklyn Pickle Sandwich Shops in Charlotte, NC is hiring part-time Sandwich Makers. Join a friendly team focused on fast, fresh, made-to-order meals and desserts. You will work with Managers and Trainers to deliver on our team mission and provide excellent guest service.

Requirements include restaurant or customer service experience, dependable transportation, and the ability to answer screening questions. ServSafe Manager certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: previous restaurant or customer service experience.
• REQUIRED: car or reliable personal transportation.
• REQUIRED: answers to screening questions to help us understand relevance to this position.
• STRONGLY PREFERRED: Active ServSafe Manager certification (include certificate number).

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager and Trainers to support smooth daily operations.
• Provide friendly guest service with accurate order taking and fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations complying with health and safety standards.
• Perform opening procedures and ensure fully stocked stations.
• Assist with closing procedures and restocking.
• Answer menu questions accurately and address customer concerns gracefully.
• Light food prep and other operational support as needed.
