Job summary

Pizza Lucé in Richfield, MN invites energetic servers to join our team and deliver the Pizza Lucé experience to guests. In a fast-paced, high-volume setting, you will greet customers, help navigate the menu, take and serve orders, and resolve issues with warmth.

This role requires 18+ and full-service server experience, a strong team attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full-service server experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Command of the English language.
• Must have a team attitude and the ability to be alert to the needs of both guests and coworkers.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet the customers in a timely fashion with warmth and sincerity.
• Help customers navigate the menu and answer questions or make recommendations.
• Take and serve customer food orders.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints.
• Handle all credit cards, cash, gift cards, gift certificates, and coupons according to proper procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and others to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Perform side work (e.g. roll silverware, filling condiments, clean).

Way back then we began as a small pizzeria in the Minneapolis warehouse district and have won many awards and accolades over the years for our award-winning pizza and guest service.
