Description

We are seeking experienced and friendly servers to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant, providing memorable experiences for our guests. General Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible)
  • Take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute
  • Answer questions regarding the menu
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition
  • Take food and beverage orders and deliver to the kitchen
  • Delivers food, beverages, condiments and other requested items
  • Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest’s satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen
  • Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal
  • Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies
  • Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures
  • Ensure sideboards are adequately stocked
  • Set tables to standards, and that all items are clean and in good repair
  • Prepare guest checks and collect payment
  • Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, you may required to perform a variety or duties in multiple departments during a shift
