Job summary

Legends Global at Winstar World Casino & Resort seeks a guest-focused server to deliver personal service and attention to detail in a fast-paced casino setting.

You will serve food and beverages, support service staff, and maintain cleanliness while collaborating with other casino departments. Must be 18+, with previous restaurant serving experience and POS familiarity; on-site role with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with POS.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail.
• Serve food, beverages, wine, and beer.
• Work with casino service departments as a team.
• Assist service staff by clearing tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Be knowledgeable of other outlets within the casino.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within casino.
• Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the casino.
