TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain seating areas, handle payments, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. This role requires excellent customer service, knowledge of the menu, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
The Restaurant Server provides an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing courteous and efficient service. The Server is responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages and creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
High school education or related experience. Alcohol awareness certification and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred. Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service. Ability to understand and comply with proper ordering and food handling techniques and state and local serving guidelines. Process guest checks and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card transactions, room charge processing and accounting policies and procedures.
Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
