White Lodging seeks a guest-focused server to deliver high-quality hospitality across our premium hotels. You will engage guests with friendly conversation, knowledge of menu items, and thoughtful recommendations while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Roles require standing for long periods, weekend/holiday availability, and a professional appearance. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a supportive team environment across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests with engaging conversation and friendly recommendations.

• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and hospitality.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• A server will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience always helps but is not required.
