Qualifications

• Direct exposure to server platform, SOC, or board-level debug (boot failures, signal integrity, memory training, thermal, power sequencing, or firmware issues).
• Familiarity with debug tooling and triage flows, ability to interpret logs and failure signatures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to summarize technical status for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Server Platform Debug Steering Forum end to end — agenda, prioritization, technical review of open issues, decisions, and follow-through.
• Maintain an accurate, single source of truth for debug execution: issue inventory, severity/priority, owner, hypothesis, next steps, closure date.
• Ensure technical owners drive to root cause and closure; escalate stalled investigations with a clear ask.
• Coordinate resources to sustain debug momentum — lab time, instrumentation, silicon samples, SME access.
• Drive cross-team dependencies and broker handoffs to keep investigations moving.
• Identify blockers and route them to the right decision-maker with evidence.
• Publish recurring debug status via dashboards and written summaries to leadership.
• Capture learnings and known-issue patterns across programs.
• Operate with urgency during escalations and critical launch-blocking efforts.
