Perseid, the signature dining experience at Hotel Saint Augustine, is seeking an attentive and service-oriented Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about food and beverages, passionate about hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings.
4. Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
5. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
6. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
7. Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
9. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred.
2. Strong communication and multitasking skills.
3. Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality.
