Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team. The role focuses on fostering a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering timely, appetizing meals to residents.

The ideal candidate will follow instructions, understand dietary procedures, and lift up to 50 lbs, with standing duties for extended periods. Benefits include holidays, meal discounts, training, 401k, health benefits, tuition assistance, and PTO.

Qualificações

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and health regulations for food service operations.
• Ability to serve residents promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
