Benchmark Senior Living in Shelton, CT is seeking a personable Server to join our dining team. You will take food and beverage orders from residents, serve meals promptly, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment that respects dietary needs.

Responsibilities include setting up dining rooms, delivering trays, assisting residents, and helping with inventory. The position emphasizes friendly, personalized service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service operations.
• Able to serve food and beverages for residents promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Primarily a standing position for extended periods.

• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
