Job summary

Crossroads at Northglenn Assisted Living is seeking a part-time server to join our team. The Server is the face of our community and will engage with residents, answer menu questions, take orders, and serve food and drinks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with an ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment and support our three meals per day service for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience is preferred, ideally in a senior living setting.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with good communication.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing and carrying trays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from residents.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation.
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff.
• Check with customers periodically during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain kitchen and dining area in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Perform food preparation and service duties as required.
• Respond to resident dietary requests positively and cooperatively.
• Assist residents by providing a restaurant-style atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Crossroads at Northglenn Assisted Living is seeking to add an experienced part‑time server to our team! We are a medium sized assisted living community that offers 3 meals per day to our residents.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our community and plays an integral role in our customer's dining experience. You will build rapport with residents, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from residents
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
• Maintains kitchen and dining area in a safe and sanitary condition for self, residents and others
• Performs food preparation and food service duties as required according to facility guidelines and the current standards of practice
• Responds to resident dietary requests in a positive and cooperative manner
• Assists residents by providing a restaurant‑style atmosphere
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
