A Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Your duties include:

  • Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Knowing menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Taking and inputting orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
  • Delivering food and beverages efficiently
  • Maintaining guest satisfaction during the meal
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
  • Keeping the serving station well-stocked
