Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team in Warwick, RI. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and deliver friendly, personalized service to residents, taking pride in serving meals with care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, assisting residents with selections, and preparing the dining room for each service. This role supports a compassionate community focus and requires standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
