Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server at Middlebrook Farms in Trumbull, CT. The role focuses on providing friendly, personalized dining service in a clean, welcoming environment for residents, with attention to timely meal delivery and resident needs.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, assisting residents, setting up dining spaces, and helping inventory. The position emphasizes safe lifting and standing for extended periods, with a commitment to quality and care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
